The ICG Foundation is the philanthropic arm of ICG Medical Group.
The ICG Foundation was founded in 2015 and strives to empower the lives of children who are disadvantaged by awarding grants to causes we are passionate about. So far, we’ve raised and distributed over £47,000.
The ICG Foundation shares the core of ICG Medical's vision of "employee empowerment". We believe that every child has the right to a safe, happy, and caring childhood regardless of their background. Our Foundation wants to support children born into poverty, or who are otherwise deprived of their basic right of a childhood that equips them for lifelong success. ICG Medical's commitment to the ICG Foundation goes far beyond a traditional business relationship with a nominated charity. Our senior management team funded and sit on the board of The ICG Foundation and the business as a whole work throughout the year to raise vital funds through a variety of initiatives.
"While in a taxi on a trip to see our new offices in India, 2014, I came face to face with a girl no older than three, dragging a piece of carpet through the busy night-time streets. To my horror, I suddenly realised she was all alone, she wrapped herself in the carpet to lay down to sleep - That piece of carpet was her bed for the night. It's all very well to know the facts and figures – but once you see just one child living like this, you know that you have to take the opportunity to help."
- Adrian Treacy Founder and Chairman of Trustees, ICG Foundation

The Co-operative Bank are proud to be the main sponsorship partner of the Wonderful Organisation supporting charities to make a difference by ensuring 100% of donations go directly to doing good. Learn more about the Bank’s values and ethics.
We recognise the selfless commitment made by fundraisers who train for months to run marathons, face their fears by jumping out of aeroplanes or open their homes to the community for charity bakes and coffee mornings. We believe the charities they support should receive EVERY PENNY from their fundraising efforts.
We also believe that Gift Aid (a scheme enabling charities to reclaim tax on donations made by UK taxpayers) should be directed IN FULL to the charities. This is why the Wonderful Organisation does not generate profit (or even cover costs) by deducting money from fundraisers' sponsors or Gift Aid contributions.
We are a non-profit organisation funded entirely by like-minded, philanthropic businesses. That's what makes us wonderful!
