Ben Runs the London Marathon
Our daughter Lyra was born with TAR syndrome, a condition that causes lowplatelets (high risk of bleeding) and absent radius bones in her forearms - making her hands deviate and her armsshort. From the start of our journey REACH have been a beacon of support and information and through them we have had somuch opportunity to learn about he support that is out there and make some valuable friendships along the way. They do so much to support families like ours and so I want to do something to give back to them as thanks.
So I’ve been a little bit insane and arranged to join the London Marathon for REACH. It’s been a while since I’ve been a keen runner but I relish the challenge and want to push myself to another level for a good cause. It’s going to take a lot of training and grit to get through so any support or donations you can offer will be incredibly gratefully received. Please help me raise as much as possible for this fantastic cause so they can continue the amazing supportive work they do.
