I'm a Precky Fan Get Me Out Of Here
We are gearing up for a year of charity fundraising, starting with the 'I'm a Precky Fan, Get Me Out of Here!' challenge for the Steve Prescott Foundation, which kicks off on Sunday 30th April 2017. The Steve Prescott Foundation is a charity established to provide funds for The Christie cancer hospital in Manchester and Try Assist (formerly the Rugby League Benevolent Fund), which aims to support rugby league players whose lives are affected by serious injuries sustained while playing the game. Steve Prescott played in top-level rugby league before being diagnosed with Pseudomyxoma Peritonei (PMP), a rare form of cancer, at the age of 32. Over the next seven years, he organised countless fundraising campaigns for his charity. The 'I'm a Precky Fan, Get Me Out of Here!' challenge The relationship between Tecmark and The Steve Prescott Foundation continues this April as Digital PR apprentice Sarah Pearce has signed up to take part in 'I'm a Precky Fan, Get Me Out of Here!', a 48-hour challenge similar to the ITV hit reality show. Sarah is limbering up for the challenges that include Buried Alive, Eat to Survive and Solitary Confinement! Will she do it? Well, this is where you can help. To take part in this good cause, Sarah needs to raise enough money for the charity in order to take part.
