Team Tingewick’s story
On the 3rd-5th August, 19 medical students will be cycling 220 miles from Oxford to Paris. The 3 days of blood, sweat, blisters, tears, and saddle sores are all in aid of 2 fantastic charities - MSF and SOFEA. Please help us raise as much money as possible to support the incredible work these charities do both worldwide and locally in Oxfordshire. The trip is self-funded, so all the money you donate will be going straight to these wonderful causes. Please, please give generously!
Our trip in numbers:
220 miles, 3 days, 19 medical students, 38 wheels. Predicted: 22 sore buttocks, 9 cycling jersey tan lines worse than George's face, 456 references to "this is steeper than Headington hill", 13 punctures all fixed by Charlie Kind, 287 moments where Molly Nichols over-shares about which body part hurts the most, and 38 teary eyes as the Eiffel Tower comes into view.
