Friends of AICM provide primary education to a needy community in a remote location of South West Uganda in Rubanda District. This is a Batwa (Pygmy) community seriously neglected by government. Current funding of around £60,000 generously given, has enabled the building of two class rooms with small staff room and head`s office plus a 4 stance latrine. For 120 children this is insufficient. Another £15,000 will enable a further 2 class rooms to be built whilst the builder is on site.--the cost will substantially increase once the builder comes off site. PLEASE help us to complete this project and provide the education opportunities that these children deserve.
