Grace’s story
From Monday 8th March to Sunday 2nd May, Rock South Central will be taking part in the Rock Compliance company charity event. With nine regional offices across the UK, the Race the Regions challenge is about us all coming together, having fun, working as a team and raising money for a cause close to our hearts, as well as improving our physical and mental wellbeing in the process.
Race the Regions is a company wide challenge made up of walking, running and cycling, with the teams competing to tour the distance between the nine offices, a distance totaling 1,565 miles (2,519km).
Upon successful completion of the challenge, Rock Compliance will match each teams fundraising of up to £250.
The charity Rock South Central has chosen to support is The Ark Trust, a local charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and provide opportunities for people with disabilities, the disadvantaged and those that support them by encouraging their active participation in their community.
The Ark Trust has also formed a partnership with Bracknell Forest Council to provide the Covid-19 Community Response to ensure all those that need help and support receive this during these times.
All 8 members of our team will be pushing hard to complete this challenge and raise money for a good cause.

All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
