We are Friends and Family of Langenhoe Community Primary School (F&F), a group of fun and passionate parents who volunteer to raise additional funds for our wonderful school here in Colchester.
In recent times, Friends and Family have provided the school with funds for books, craft days, student lockers, Christmas pantomimes, a beautiful wooden story telling chair and benches for our wildlife area, year 6 leaving gifts, new Chrome Books for our children to learn valuable IT skills and coaches for school trips. These were all paid for with funds raised from events such as Christmas and Summer fayres, bake sales, sports day cream teas and class competitions. In 2022, we will be raising funds to replace the aging decking in our amazing wildlife area.
Everyone is invited! There are many ways you can help Friends and Family support the children through their journey here at Langenhoe. You can donate funds, take part in or volunteer to help at organised events, email us ideas, nominate us for grants and donations or join our fun and passionate committee. As school funding diminishes, your support is needed more than ever.
When you support us, you’re not just making a donation so your children can come to school with mad hair, baking cakes for the after school sale or giving up your time to help sell cups of tea. You are networking, making new friends, strengthening the school community and helping to make Langenhoe Community Primary School even more brilliant. Thank you for you continued support!
