Lee Fair Share is a time bank based on reciprocal volunteering in the Lee area of Lewisham. It is open to everyone regardless of age, gender, ethinicity or ability. We organise social & exercise activities so members can get to know each other and readily exchange their skills & give support to each other. Most of our members are over 50 years of age with 50% having either mobility, health or mental health issues. Increasingly many live on their own. Many members now lead more active & independent lives. LFS's social network promotes community, friendship, reduces isolation and raises self-esteem through mutual support.
