Founded in 2013, as a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO), the Manor Church and Community Project is an exciting local church initiative and Local Ecumenical Partnership, supported by the Anglican, Methodist and United Reformed Churches.
The charity has 4 key aims. Working closely with community services and local families it seeks:
We have a Community Worker based in the heart of the Manor Park community at Temple Park Centre (formerly William Temple Church). This has been a community resource and place of worship for over 50 years. The project currently has a number of active initiatives supporting people and families who live in the Manor district and, through successful grant funding applications, the community centre has undergone recent major refurbishment.
