Munawwarah Centre

Musallaa an Noor, located on the busy Stoke Newington High Street, is a vibrant all-inclusive Musallaa, open to all.

The Musallaa hosts the 5 daily Salah, 4 separate Jumuah each week as well as Taraweeh and the Eid salaah

Musallaa an Noor has been running its madrasah/maktab for over 14 years (since 2003) between the hours of 4:30 & 7:30 for children aged between 5 and 14.

An after school Islamic club for 14-19 years olds will commence in Jan 2018 insha Allah.

A range of services, courses, programmes and classes are also available for sisters during the weekday mornings and throughout the weekend, which includes coffee mornings, tajweed, Arabic and Quran classes.

A successful children’s library is also available, as well as a reference library for adults, with books in Arabic, Urdu, Somalian, Turkish, Gujarati, Bangali and English. We also run a free Children’s Islamic Story Telling Club.

Due to the busy High Street, worshippers are able access the Musallaa throughout the day to pray when it is convenient for them.

The Munawwarah Centre is the latest project, which will be a dedicated space for sisters and children (for Salaah and courses). Subject to planning permission and funding this new premises will open soon insha Allah

A 1-2-1 service for new Muslims is also available upon request, as well as a wide range of books, literature and CDs free for anyone to take.
