Flynne's Barn is a charity for young people aged 13-25 who are living with cancer. We're based in the Borrowdale valley, in the heart of the Lake District, and we exist to support young people and their families through the devastation of a cancer diagnosis, offering residential group stays and online counselling. At Flynne’s Barn, visitors can come together to find friends who are living through similar experiences and take part in a specialist programme of creative and outdoor activities, designed to improve their mental wellbeing, and restore the confidence and sense of 'self' that a journey with cancer can damage, particularly in a young person's teens and early 20s.
