Women Farming for Their Future links the lucrative tourism sector to impoverished women farmers in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania.Our project trains women in better farming skills, farming as a business, entrepreneurship, women's empowerment and their legal rights, microfinance and in working together co-operatively. Wamboma is the fantastic life-changing result selling its first class produce directly to hotels. We want to share the learning from this as widely as possible. Let's end poverty existing side by side with tourism.
