St Andrew’s Pre-school was established in Caversham, Reading in 1968 to offer the local community a safe, caring and inclusive environment where children can develop to their full potential. We believe self-esteem and confidence are reinforced by praise and encouragement, allowing children to become more independent and self-reliant as they progress through Pre-school and prepare for Primary school. We offer this in a fun environment, learning key life skills including sharing, socialising and the foundations of literacy and numeracy, through a mix of interactive play and structured key group time. Our high staff ratios enable us to work closely with our children, allowing us to adapt to individual needs. St Andrew’s Pre-school is a member of the Early Years Alliance. We are a registered charity and rely on the fantastic efforts of volunteer fundraisers to be able to buy new equipment and maintain an outstanding environment for the children. We appreciate all the support you can give, to continue offering this wonderful provision in the area.

It’s wonderful to have access to all kinds of data, but it’s a full-time job to separate valuable news from useless noise. Maria Bartiromo
