Celeste’s story
It is my goal to help others who suffer with mental health as I know it can be hard to speak out. I have suffered with Anxiety on and off for 6 years on and off and depression for a year. I have been supported and given support to family and friends who have suffered themselves. I also work alongside children and find it important to provide them opportunities to be able to speak out about their emotions, this is the same with the colleagues I work with on a daily basis. I feel no one should keep quiet any longer it is okay not to be okay and to get help.
Fundraising Targets
All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
