VIN’s story
Happy at Home supports elderly and isolated residents in Northampton. Loneliness is increasing, and all the evidence suggests that it affects a person’s health and wellbeing. Our scheme matches a Befriending Volunteer to an isolated older resident, and in this way support and assistance is provided and lifelong friendships are made. Our referrals are on the increase, but it costs money to run the scheme and develop it. Why not donate to help raise a smile in someone’s life.
Fundraising Targets
All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
