Rebecca’s story
CRASAC is a charity close to both mine and Kevs heart. They have worked closely with us over the past 2 years for reasons that we wish to not disclose publicly right now. They help victims of sexual abuse overcome trauma and help people get back on their feet.
CRASAC are an incredible team of real life superhero’s, without who my life wouldn’t be what it is now…and they’ve been providing this incredible service for 40 years…so It’s time to give back!
I’ve set myself a series of challenges by the 31st October to complete. These include:
- Running 40 miles through October
- Walking 40 miles through October
- Crasac 5k 40th anniversary run
Donations greatly appreciated. Many people will be unaware of people’s sufferings, due to feeling shame, and responsibility. CRASAC give voice, power and control to those who need it most, they eliminate shame, and shift responsibility and blame.

All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
