Grace’s story
On Sunday 2nd March I will be Firewalking (yep!) for the wonderful charity - CABARET vs CANCER.
Cabaret vs Cancer raises money to, quite simply, support those affected by cancer. Working with child bereavement teams in local hospices to ensure they have the tools and support they need to help children who are losing or have lost a close relative.
Additionally, CABARET vs CANCER works with various organisations to support those currently living with a cancer diagnosis, or organisations supporting people with loss and grief.

WHAT IS FIREWALKING?
In simple terms, we will, after a motivational training session, walk across 20 feet of wood embers burning at 1236 degrees fahrenheit.
That's the idea anyway and I am excited (nervous), to take on this challenge and to raise money for an incredible charity that has helped support friends of mine and continues to support so many.
