Rock Salt’s story
The Cabbage Canter was an idea conceived by a lady from Antrobus who wanted to get the locals a bit fitter AND raise funds for the school. We didn't know this when we were introduced to the route but as it happens these causes are at the heart of what we do!
Antrobus 5k is a certified distance road race which offers seasoned runners an excellent opportunity for a personal best time or even age group qualifying time. We're not just about the fast guys though! If you've just graduated couch to 5k or thinking about having a go at your first race or a seasoned runner who's a little slower - this is the event for you! We'll be supporting and encouraging anyone who would like to have a go at running 5k at whatever pace they choose.
We'll be donating at least £1 from every entry to the Friends of Antrobus

All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
