David’s story
Having recently repainted my front door threshold which was looking a little jaded, it got me thinking about how many local families in need of help, fail to meet statutory thresholds, which is where the charity sector steps in
Create Hope is one such charity, which is not only brilliant at delivering direct work including play therapy, to families in need, but also training other professionals to be able to support and guide them in a meaningful way.
For this reason I have decided to approach local neighbours to offer to repaint their front door thresholds in exchange for a minimum donation of £10 to Create Hope. That way we can all, in a small way help to create hope in local families, where it might be very much in short supply.
