Firewalk With Me is back to raise money to support Cabaret VS Cancer, an incredible charity founded by cabaret great, the inimitable Rose Thorne.
I was amazed by the support we received the last time I participated in Firewalk With Me, and I'm excited to step back onto the coals on March 2nd 2025, 6pm at Signature Brew, Unit 15 Uplands Business Park, Blackhorse Lane
I have lost more relatives than I care to count to cancer, and found out just yesterday that an old acquaintance lost his 4 year battle to it as well. The walk feels all the more necessary now. And your support is all we ask for.
Please donate where you can, and whether you can or cannot, I'd love to have you join us on March 2nd to spectate if you like!
Your support will go to help child bereavement teams in local hospices, to ensure they have the tools and support they need to help children who are losing or have lost a close relative.
Additionally, CvC work with various organisations, including cancer research and supporting those currently dealing with a cancer diagnosis; from the manufacture of modern breast forms for post-mastectomy women in Cornwall; supporting the work of The Loss Foundation, Dragonfly Cancer Trust and many more.
Give what you can, but it's really important that if you are a UK Tax Payer that you fill out the Gift Aid page correctly, that way we can claim an additional 25%!

All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
