Finlay’s story
Most of you will know that Finlay’s got two main passions in life: sport and music!
For the last 6 months, he’s been supported by the wonderful team at SHMU to build his knowledge and confidence in broadcasting. He hosts his very own radio show every Monday where he, and his co-presenter, talk about all things sport for an hour! It’s literally Finlay’s dream come true!
If you have listened to the show, you’ll have noticed a wee theme to the music choices too. Oasis gets an airing most weeks! This is Finlay’s other love!
In honour of the support Finlay has received from SHMU, he’s challenging himself to complete the journey from Stonehaven to Murrayfield Stadium (where he will be seeing Oasis in August) on his motomed.
He plans to complete the 111 miles within 1 week!
Finlay would love to give something back to SHMU as a way of thanking them for believing in him and making him feel valued and listened to. He’s living the dream thanks to their support.
