Hollie’s story
Tom, Will, Dave and Craig’s Mountain climb up Ben Nevis- Tuesday 16th July 2024
A team from the Marchwood depot of Veolia are setting themselves the challenge of climbing Ben Nevis this July- the highest mountain in Scotland/UK/British Isles!
The summit of Ben Nevis is 1,345 metres (4,413 ft) above sea level, and Tom, Craig, Dave and Will are aiming to complete it in 7 hours.
The team have very kindly agreed to raise much needed funds for Toms wife’s charity, Enable Ability, based in Hampshire. The charity provides vital services for children, young people and adults with disabilities (including Autism, Global Development Delay, and Down Syndrome), providing much needed assistance and support to both the individuals and their families.
