Peter’s story
After a year of dedicated training, I'll be taking on my first ever marathon this Sunday! It's been a long journey that has included the Chester 10k, half marathon and am now more than ready to cross that finish line.
I'm running in support of The Country Trust, they do incredible work helping underprivileged children experience the countryside — something many have never had the chance to do. Through farm visits and outdoor learning, they open up a world of nature, confidence, and connection for children who need it most.
I'm proud to say that Oxbury Bank, my employer, has chosen The Country Trust as our Charity of the Year — making this cause even more personal and meaningful to me.
