On 30 November 2025 I will be running the Florence marathon and am hoping you might support my run and donate to B@titude.
I have been involved with B@titude for the last 3-4 years , and volunteer in the shop fairly regularly
However B@titude has been developing and growing over the last 20 years to become far more than just a shop - it is an expression of community , showing care and God's Love in practical ways , and even more importantly through relationships,prayer and signposting, supports local people to cope with the physical, social, psychological and financial challenges of life.
The shop uses donations of baby/childrens clothes/toys/equipment to offer at affordable prices and is nearly always busy! The Hive works with local residents to help them develop creative skills and products, which are often sold to raise funds at Christmas fairs etc. B@titude also sometimes helps in particularly needy situations eg someone in need of a holiday or essential household equipment.
Raising funds will enable B@titude to help more people to overcome life's challenges and offer Hope
Fundraising Targets
All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
