Elena’s story
The fight against cancer is a cause that is incredibly close to my heart.
I lost my mum to cancer in October 2022.
Can’t believe it’s been so long already…
Years pass, but grief doesn’t really follow a calendar, and there are certain times of the year when her absence feels much louder, although I miss her every day.
My love and grief both equally burn like fire and for you, Mum, I’ll walk that fiery path once more.
I wanted to use this fundraiser to do something positive in her memory, while supporting a cause that means so much to me and helping others whose lives have been affected by cancer.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how much, it would genuinely mean a lot to me. Every contribution makes a difference, and every donation to this fundraiser is also a little way of keeping her memory with me in something good.
