Trading Flights for Handlebars: Clerkenwell to Cologne (C2C)
From London’s vibrant design district in Clerkenwell to the exhibition halls of ORGATEC in Cologne, Sagal Group, alongside our friends and industry colleagues at DAS Business Furniture and Colebrook Bosson Saunders are embarking on the first-ever Clerkenwell to Cologne 600km Cycle Expedition.
Over four days starting late October, our team will brave the autumn chill, crossing borders and pedalling ~600km outside the traditional cycling season. What started as an organic idea within our community (and perhaps a beverage or two!) has turned into an inaugural cross-border challenge celebrating active travel, design, and industry camaraderie.
Why We’re Riding for GOSH Transplant Games Fund While pushing our physical limits is a major drive, having a meaningful cause gives every kilometre true purpose. Sagal Group is proudly raising funds for the Transplant Games & Recreational Fund at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) a cause deeply personal to us through a colleague and friend whose family has experienced the life-changing impact of this team firsthand.
The British Transplant Games is a vital annual event bringing together young organ recipients and their families to celebrate health, recovery, and life. The incredible GOSH renal team and nurses go above and beyond to support these children, their parents, and siblings, creating a vibrant, supportive community. However, logistics, accommodation, and event costs are significant, and the team relies on fundraising to make it happen every year.
Every pound raised will go directly toward helping GOSH bring young transplant recipients and their families to the Transplant Games.
