Xian’s story
As many of you will know, being fit, healthy, and running is not something that is usually in my vocabulary, let alone my comfort zone. However, I've decided to push myself this year and not only get fit and healthy but push my exercising to the limit and run 10km! Luckily, I won't be doing this on my own.
A group of us from work have come together to raise money for the Country Trust, an organisation that connects children from areas of high social and economic disadvantage to how our food is produced via farming. More information on the Country Trust is below!
Times are tough at the moment, but anything that can be donated will be amazing and will go a long way in supporting the Trust to continue the amazing work that they do.
