Esther’s story
Our amazing school, The King's School, has been given the opportunity to improve it's sports facilities and a MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) will be a perfect addition to the PE lessons. This summer term the school is encouraging health and fitness after a long year of restrictions that has affected us all and as a school, we thought it would be a brilliant opportunity to fundraise alongside that idea. Collectively we need to raise £100,000!
Team Hatcher will be aiming to raise a massive £2,000! A target not for the faint hearted and we have a huge challenge ahead of us! We are riding virtually from Lands End to John O'Groats in 100 days! The route we are doing is 1,083 miles (1,743km) and we are tracking our progress on The Conqueror Virtual Challenge app, which we will post updates from. I am sure you'll agree that it is a mighty effort for us all, especially the kids!
The line up for Team Hatcher is: James, Esther, Scarlett - 9, Caleb - 7, Belles - 5 and our amazing lodger Jen!
Please support and encourage us as we are on our way virtually touring the UK. We are so grateful for any money raised, so thank you!
Here we go!
FYI we started 1st April 2021.
