Our School
Badgemore School believes every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment. The school prides itself on fostering a warm and supportive ethos where both children and adults feel valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their potential.
Our playground is in urgent need of attention and we need your help to create a space that matches the energy, creativity, and enthusiasm of our children.
Our Vision
We want to transform our outdoor space into a dynamic and inspiring environment that encourages creative play, physical activity, and outdoor learning. With your help, we aim to:
- Expand play areas to cater to children of all ages and abilities and to encourage inclusivity.
- Incorporate learning opportunities into the outdoor space, such as nature zones, sensory paths, and problem-solving activities.
- Encourage physical activity with safe, engaging structures.
- Foster creativity with areas for imaginative and collaborative play.
Why Your Support Matters
The benefits of a vibrant playground go far beyond playtime. Outdoor play boosts children’s physical health, mental well-being, and social skills. At Badgemore School, we see this every day as the children grow in confidence and resilience through exploration and play. Your donation will directly impact the lives of our pupils by providing them with a safe and inspiring space to learn, grow, and create lasting memories.
The reality is that the cost of the project exceeds what we are likely to be able to raise through fundraising events, so we are asking for your support of donations to help us reach our project goal. Every contribution, no matter the size, will take us one step closer to achieving our vision. The project is estimated to cost £35,000 in total. Through offline fundraising events, sponsorships, sales, and grants, we are working to secure the remaining £20,000 required.

All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
