Andy’s story
I’ve worked with High Level (Northern) Trust for over 10 years now, but my journey with this amazing charity started long before that – as a volunteer. I’ve seen first-hand the life-changing impact of the support we offer to people struggling with addiction. It’s not just about recovery – it’s about helping people find hope, purpose, and a way forward.
As a key worker, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they rebuild their lives, often from rock bottom. High Level is a place where people are truly seen and heard, without judgement. The patience, the compassion, the belief in second chances – it matters. And with more people than ever in need of support, it’s vital that services like ours continue to exist.
So, on the 31st of May, I’m throwing myself out of a plane – literally – to raise money for High Level. It’s a challenge that pushes me well outside my comfort zone, but one I’m proud to take on for a cause that means so much to me and to so many others.
