Peggy & Lottie have taken on a Superhero Challenge because their school garden (Hunters Bar Infants) is very sad indeed!
They need to plant lots of new flowers, fruit & vegetables. They want the school garden to be a place where children can learn about nature hands on, as well as being somewhere calm to go & relax.
To do this, the school needs to raise some funds. So Lottie & Peggy would love it if you could sponsor them to be 'Phantom Planters' & 'Seed Bombers!'
We have already bought two lovely fruit trees (one Apple, one Pear) & we plan to go on a secret mission to plant them in a public space, so that passers by can benefit from the fruit that grows. We will maintain the trees, taking care of them until they are strong enough to fend for themselves. We will also be throwing some Seed Bombs about too. To help encourage bees.
