Aileen’s story
Jackie Kidd is doing 100 Dry Days Challenge in support of Sue Deeth’s Healing Paws Animal Rescue on the Greek Island of Zakynthos.
The aim is to raise much needed funds towards building a licensed animal shelter on the island. Due to new Greek rules a shelter needs to be fully licensed to rescue animals therefore Sue can no longer rescue until the licensed shelter is built.
In Jackie’s words:-
It breaks my heart, I will be trying to raise some money to help Sue and her wonderful family carry on their life's work. I WILL BE DOING MY BIT BY DOING 'DRY 100' PLEASE HELP BY PLEDGING SOME MONEY, ANY AMOUNT - Thank you.
I have met Sue, been to her home and witnessed the love and passion she has for animal rescue.
PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME TO HELP HER AND ALL THE ANIMALS WHO DESPERATELY NEED HER HELP. I WILL BE STARTING ON 1ST SEPTEMBER - SO IT WILL BE EASIER FOR EVERYONE TO FOLLOW MY PROGRESS
