Peter’s story
Hello all. This isn't my first rodeo, but as I've been getting older, the injuries have stacked up and I've struggled to maintain the longer distances. This has been a great opportunity to try and get back to the old glory days. There will be 50+ of us on Sunday all running and it's been a great way for us across the company to bond and to raise a bit of money for a deserving charity. Keep an eye out for the Oxbury shirts/vests and give us all a shout and a clap if you see us.
I will be running for The Country Trust, which is the UK's leading national educational charity that works to connect children from areas of high social and economic disadvantage with the land that sustains us all. Oxbury recognises that supporting the younger generation to gain knowledge & experience will support the long-term outlook of the agricultural industry.
I'm really looking forward to the event and thank you for sponsoring whatever you're able to.
