Bovey Pool Lifeguard Team’s story
The team that keeps you safe every day is taking on an incredible challenge!
Starting at 18:30 on Thursday 20th August, through the night and finishing at 18:30 on Friday 21st August, our lifeguard team, with your help, will be swimming continuously to raise funds for Bovey Pool and help support the future of this fantastic community facility. Our target is to swim 90 miles, the distance between the local lidos - Bovey to Ashburton to Buckfastleigh, to Chagford to Moretonhampstead to Chudleigh to Kingsteignton to Bovey!
Every length the lifeguards and supporters swim, and any donation you make, will help keep the pool open for everyone to enjoy.
Fundraising Targets
All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
