2nd Horsham’s story
Albie and Jonathan are taking on a 25-mile hiking challenge to help raise funds for an incredible adventure with Scouts in Switzerland next year!
They will be taking part in the Scouts’ Downsman Hike, tackling 25 miles across the beautiful but challenging South Downs. Hundreds of Scouts from across Sussex and beyond take part in this demanding event, putting their stamina, determination and teamwork to the test. And they’re doing it for a very special reason…
🏔️ To help fund their trip to Switzerland with 2nd Horsham Scouts in 2027, celebrating the Group’s 100th anniversary! The trip will give them the chance to experience the amazing outdoors, take on new challenges, develop independence and confidence, and meet Scouts from around the world.
Every donation, big or small, will help Albie and Jonathan get one step closer to their Swiss adventure. If you can spare anything to support their challenge, they would be incredibly grateful! ❤️
