The Hedgehogs

The Hedgehogs are Farnham’s local charity formed in 1959 and now a Registered Charity ‘Helping Local People in Need’.They have a membership of over 50 and are acknowledged as a major support group in the Farnham area. Their funds are raised by attending local shows, fetes and fayres. Each year they produce the ‘Love Farnham Calendar’ and have a Marquee and associated equipment hire facility.  They are joint partners in the organising and running of the Farnham Town Carnival,  and they hold an annual golf day, plus numerous other one-off special charity events throughout the year to raise funds. Over the past 10 years they have raised over a half of a million pounds which has been donated to local individuals in need, organisations and worthy charities within the Farnham locality. 

The Hedgehogs’ running costs are paid for by members and friends so that all funds raised are used solely for good causes.
