Richard’s story

My wife & I moved to Whitminster, Gloucestershire in 2018, and Saul Marina, where the Willow Trust boats are moored, is a favourite place for us to walk.I took an interest in what the Willow Trust does for disabled and seriously ill people and decided that I would make monthly donations to the charity. Now, in my 60th year, I thought what an ideal opportunity it would be for me, to take part in an organised, once-in-a-lifetime 'tandem skydive' and also raise much needed funds for this small but worthwhile charity. Therefore, my family have decided to pay for the full cost of the skydive (as my 60th birthday present), so ALL of the additional funds that I raise with your generosity will go directly to The Willow Trust.I will take to the air & jump from 15,000 feet on Sunday 2nd July 2023 (the English weather permitting!)Thanks in Advance,Rav
