Nisha’s story
We’re cycling 62 miles to raise funds for Create Hope – and we need your support!
This summer, we (a group of us from The Thames Club in Staines-upon-Thames, are taking on a 62-mile bike ride, each,—a symbolic journey that represents the distance between Create Hope’s two centres in Bracknell (Berkshire) and Wiltshire.
We’re riding every mile with purpose to raise vital funds for Create Hope, a charity that provides creative, compassionate mental health support for children, young people, and families across both regions.
Why we’re doing this:
There is a growing and urgent need for accessible emotional support. Many families are navigating trauma, anxiety, or significant life challenges—and often, they can’t afford the therapeutic help they need.
Create Hope steps into this gap by offering:
- Play therapy
- Systemic family sessions
- Non-violent resistance therapy
- Family support and counselling
- Emotional education programmes for parents
They work 1-1 and with whole families to help build self-esteem, foster resilience, strengthen relationships, and create a safe space to process and heal.
Why your support matters:
Create Hope is a non-profit charity. Every pound raised goes directly towards funded therapy sessions delivered in schools and community settings across Berkshire and Wiltshire.

Thank you so much for supporting us and Create Hope. Together, we can help more families access the care and support they need—one mile at a time.
