About Sussex Steel
Sussex Steel is a music charity providing education in the art of steelpan for all, teaching and performing throughout Sussex and beyond.
Making and listening to music has many benefits including improved mental health and well-being, reduced anxiety and depression, improved memory and motor skills and is great fun!
The Challenge!
Band members are taking on the challenge of walking between Brighton and Littlehampton ( where our adult bands are based) to raise funds to pay for repairing and replacing worn and broken equipment and to pay for tuning the steelpans. The past few years have been very difficult for small charities, particularly those in the Arts and we will appreciate any donations that you are able to give us
raised by all fundraising pages linked to this event.
