The Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) has grown to become a highly respected, award winning charity, recognised locally for its contribution in relation to health improvement, social care, education, employment and training.
PCP’s mission is: ‘Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All’ and we aim to ‘support the development of individual and community capacity by creating opportunities to improve the health, wellbeing and life chances of disadvantaged communities.’ PCP achieve this by delivering a number of projects across the North East; both directly within the community and from our fantastic, purpose built, multi agency Healthy Living Centre, the Pioneering Care Centre.
The Pioneering Care Centre is home to a range of accessible activities designed to bring people together and support healthier lifestyles. A community hub that provides exercise classes, learning workshops, disabilities services, coffee shop and our amazing community garden, which is a much loved resource used by a range of individuals who access and work at the centre.
