Nixon Memorial Hospital is situated in Segbwema, Eastern Sierra Leone. The hospital was founded in the 1950s by the Methodist Missionary Society and funded by John Nixon in memory of his wife. With over 100 inpatient beds, associated nursing school, operating theatre and dedicated maternity and paediatric wards, the hospital provides inpatient and outpatient care to Segbwema town and the surrounding rural villages.
