Joining Jack was created in 2012 by Andy and Alex Johnson, the parents of a then four-year-old Jack, after he was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive muscle-wasting condition for which there is currently no cure.
Just over 92 pence of every £1 raised is invested in research into potential treatments and funding clinical positions with the hope of one day changing the future for ALL boys living with Duchenne.
