At Move the Masses we enable people to improve their wellbeing through movement.
We help people become physically active through our brilliant one-to-one walking buddy project, Move Mates. Our wonderful volunteers walk alongside someone who would otherwise find it very difficult to get out on their own.
Our Move Mates projects are currently active in York, Leeds, Durham, Pocklington and Selby.
