Oxfordshire Discovery College is a Youth Mental health Charity that runs Psychoeducation Programmes for Young People between the ages of 4 - 25 and also their friends and family, and with the professionals who are working to support them. We work with young people who have difficulty with their mental health and think that learning together about mental health is the best way to tackle difficult feelings, and is also a great way to connect with other people.
