At RDA Moray we provide weekly riding lessons and pony care classes during school term time for around 40 young people and adults with different individual needs – physical, learning, emotional, autism. Our riders come from all over Moray. Our classes take place at a local riding centre with our own specialised coaches and supportive volunteers. These sessions provide the riders with a quality learning and recreational experience in a relaxed atmosphere of fun and companionship. It's recognised that regular riding has many physical benefits, including improved balance, increased core strength, co-ordination, as well as improving concentration, communication and confidence.Riding and contact with the ponies also helps build up the riders confidence and independence from the progress that they make, the fun and the laughter they experience and the successes that they achieve, either as part of their riding sessions or in virtual National Competitions. By supporting this worthwhile you will help improve the balance, concentration, co-ordination, communication and confidence of the many lives touched by the Charity. We are totally self-funding therefore we are completely dependent on contributions from individuals and local businesses to fund the work we do.

It’s wonderful to have access to all kinds of data, but it’s a full-time job to separate valuable news from useless noise. Maria Bartiromo
