Capella Charity is the UK’s longest-established children’s sleep charity. Since 1998, we have provided intensive sleep counselling programmes for children with special needs & all children with sleep issues and their families. We work across the UK & Ireland training professionals in the NHS, education, social care and the third sector & directly with families to address this prevalent and debilitating issue.
TEENS+ provides lifelong learning & skills development for adults with complex needs, based on tailored learning, developing life and social skills to help our students to live the life they want to live and to thrive.
Our Friends+ service provides reliable support to ensure our students have fun and can socialise outside of regular centre hours.
