Natalie’s story

Natalie

Hi I’m Natalie. I’m being brave (or stupid😂) and ticking something off my bucket list.........a 10,000ft skydive on 5th September this year (weather permitting)!! And a very stiff drink after!! 🥃😁

The Pavilion on the Park is managed by Eastleigh Youth & Community Trust and provides inclusive activities focused on children, young people, people with disabilities, older people, and families. And they have been doing so all through this pandemic! I would really appreciate any support you can give to this fundraiser, and me 😁 !

All monies raised will be going back into the local community. I believe it is so important, now more than ever, to support small charities like this, it will make a big difference to the service users and with your help, they can continue to drive their vision forward as the restrictions ease and bring joy, resources and togetherness back to into the local community.

All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.

Chosen charity - EASTLEIGH YOUTH & COMMUNITY TRUST

EASTLEIGH YOUTH & COMMUNITY TRUST

The Pavilion on the Park opened in 2008 and is managed Eastleigh Youth & Community Trust, a charity formed by Cllr Godfrey Olson in 1962.

Our core vision is to bridge the gap between generations and communities within Eastleigh. We provide a community centre for local people and business to hire, and from this facility we also deliver inclusive activities focused on children, young people, people with disabilities, older people, and families.

Cycles4all and Sensory4all are just two of our community projects: Our Cycles4all project provides opportunities for people with disabilities to exercise and enjoy the outdoors with family and friends on specially adapted bikes. Our Sensory4all project provides a therapeutic sensory space for babies, children, families and adults with disabilities to relax, have fun and impact sensory development.

We owe a huge thanks to our community for joining us on this incredible journey, and we hope that you’ll continue to be part of our story.
