Villiers Park Staff are counting their steps to contribute to the 1000km goal in the month of October!

Villiers Park is empowers all young people to succeed. We work with underrepresented young people across the country to provide them with the skills that are vital for shaping your own future.

I walk around 15,000 steps each day out on walks with Mr Woofilies - that's around 276,000 steps so far in October!

We have been out walking on the beach and managed a fantastic 51km so far in October!

Olga is really taking the challenge seriously and enjoys getting outside!

We have been very busy but still managed to get out for a few walks and are pleased to have completed 100,046 steps so far in October contributing 72KM to the challenge!

Bronagh's Steps Update:

Counting up my steps for the 1st half of October I have managed 110,543 steps (excluding my 33,000 step day in my separate Ely to Cambridge challenge!).

This equates to around 77km for me to add towards the 1000km challenge and it's great to reflect on where I've gone by foot this month so far, including lots of walks past the beautiful Ely Cathedral!

Official event

Villiers Park 1000km Challenge

There are almost 1000km across our hubs in Hastings and Bexhill, Norfolk, Tyneside and Swindon. We want to challenge Villiers Park staff, supporters, Future Leaders, and friends to cover these km in this activity challenge! You can walk, run, cycle, swim, hop, skip or jump as many km as you can, which will go towards the ultimate 1000km target. You have the whole of October to complete the challenge. You can do this from at home, at the gym, or track your course across the great outdoors. Challenge yourself wherever is convenient for you. You can sign up to as many or as few km as you would like. This event is meant to be accessible for all, whilst still being a challenge.

By coming together for this big event to celebrate the work we do, we hope to unite our supporters and current students, celebrate our incredible year of progress, and enable a new audience to support us too.
