Hi friends!
This June, I will be taking part in Total Warrior 2022 with a team of wonderful (and mad) Sage UK colleagues!
I am hoping to raise funds to support the Veterans at Ease charity; a leading Military Mental Health Charity, committed to helping Veterans, Reservists, Serving Military Personnel and their families deal with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other combat stress-related issues. They help anyone who feels they need support, whether they have been diagnosed or not. They provide free therapy and support through a technique called NLP by trained therapists (all of whom have suffered themselves, been through treatment with VaE and then gone on to qualify).
Any donations are welcome, to support the work of VaE and our veterans, but also to motivate us to run 12km through mud and make the pulling it out of our hair for the next week all worthwhile...
