I have teamed up with some of my colleagues from sage to raise at least £100 for veterans at ease.
Supporting positive mental health is something I am very passionate about, and with the cost of therapy and professional support it isn't something that many people have the privilege of accessing.
LET'S TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH
Veterans at Ease is a leading Military Mental Health Charity, committed to helping Veterans, Reservists, Serving Military Personnel and their families deal with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other combat stress-related issues. They will help anyone who feels they need professional support whether they have been diagnosed with PTSD or not.
Fundraising Targets
All funds raised will be passed to the charity irrespective of whether my target is reached, not reached or exceeded.
